Adding Claims statements on Vhi app
This case study was written by Larissa Arnold [mentored by Sara Lovic]
Overview
I started my app journey with an interface that seemed self-explanatory, but the extensive readings made the experience somewhat challenging. Even though I could easily schedule consultations, understanding my plan coverage became unclear after my first claim. I needed to check email or the Vhi site for confirmations, which caused friction.
