CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data)

The Candidate consents for the purposes of the General Data Protection regulations to UX Tree Limited (“The Agent”) processing the data for the purposes to give effect to the provision of the Agent in its role to provide recruitment services in the selection, evaluation of any candidate who wishes to be considered for placement with any potential interview with any potential employer, to ensure compliance with any legal obligations or For statistical and educational reasons including for market research purposes so we can improve our business with you and can contact or share such data with any required third party including any prospective Employer and any referee, reference or such other third party necessary to give effect to the Agent carrying out its role. 

Any data processed by the Agent under this provision shall be stored only for the period after the termination of this Contract with the prospective Employer to meet any legal obligations and thereafter any data no longer required shall be deleted.

I hereby confirm that any information furnished or supplied by me is accurate and correct and I hereby indemnify the Agent from any action arsing as a result of any information supplied by me being false or inaccurate.
