UX Research
Our approach to usability testing involves a carefully crafted strategy that has been proven to deliver results.

Our UX Research Strategy
Our strategy follows a rigorous seven-step process that ensures comprehensive testing and analysis. Here’s a breakdown of each step:
- Setting up testing goals: We work with our clients to identify their testing objectives and define what they hope to achieve from the testing process.
- Developing test tasks: We create test tasks that are tailored to the client’s goals and designed to simulate real-world scenarios.
- Forming test user groups: We carefully select test participants who match the client’s target audience and demographic.
- Supervising and facilitating usability tests: Our experienced team of facilitators ensures that the testing process is smooth and efficient, while also maintaining a non-intrusive presence.
- Analyzing test groups’ behavior and feedback: We use a range of tools and techniques to analyze the data gathered during the testing sessions, including heat mapping, task completion rates, and user feedback.
- Identifying issues and challenging areas: Based on the data analysis, we identify areas where the user experience can be improved and highlight any potential issues or roadblocks.
- Outlining recommendations for improvement: We provide our clients with a detailed report that outlines our findings and recommendations for improving the user experience.
During the user testing session, the participants are asked to share their thoughts and actions as they engage with the product or service. Their valuable feedback is recorded through video, which you can watch and listen to at your convenience.
Apart from providing verbal feedback, the test users also fill out a comprehensive questionnaire that captures their experiences. This allows you to gather more detailed and specific feedback on the aspects that matter to you, such as usability, functionality, and overall user experience.
It is worth noting that the test users are carefully selected to match your typical customer profile, ensuring that their feedback is relevant and actionable.
