We’re delighted to share that UX Tree has joined Learnovate as a Learner Member!
One of the things I care about most with UX Tree is helping designers keep learning, develop their skills and feel more confident in their careers. The design industry is changing all the time, and with AI becoming a bigger part of our work, we think it’s more important than ever to keep learning and trying new things.
But learning isn’t just about keeping up with new tools. It’s also about understanding how people learn, what skills they need and how we can help them put those skills into practice.
Why Learnovate?
Learnovate is a research centre focused on learning and the future of work. It explores topics such as digital transformation, personal learning and the skills people will need as the world of work changes.
These are topics that connect closely with what we’re doing at UX Tree. Through our workshops, mentorship programmes and learning resources, we want to help designers grow, learn from others and feel better prepared for the challenges of their work.
As the industry changes, we’re also asking ourselves how design education needs to change with it.
How can we help designers make the most of AI?
Which skills will matter most in the coming years?
And how can we make learning more practical and relevant to the work designers do every day?
We don’t have all the answers, and that’s exactly why learning from others matters.
What we’re looking forward to
Being part of Learnovate gives us the chance to explore new research, meet organisations working on the future of learning and share ideas with people who are thinking about similar challenges.
We’re particularly interested in the connection between design, AI and the future of work, and how we can use what we learn to make our programmes and resources even more useful for designers.
