UX Tree Nominated for IDI Design Education and Research Award 2024
UX Tree has been nominated for the Design Education and Research Award at this year’s Irish Design Institute (IDI) Awards! This nomination is a big step for us and reflects the hard work we put into building a space where designers can learn, grow, and connect with others in the field.
Why This Matters to Us
Being recognised by IDI means a lot. It’s a nod to our mission of making UX education accessible, practical, and impactful.
Since starting UX Tree, we’ve focused on creating resources that go beyond theory and encourage hands-on learning. From mentorship to real-world projects, our approach has always been about giving designers the tools they need to succeed.
What Makes UX Tree Different
This award nomination is about more than just our courses. It’s a celebration of the unique way we approach UX education:
- Our mentors aren’t just teachers—they’re working professionals who guide and support our community, sharing valuable insights and practical advice.
- We believe in learning by doing, which is why our programs include projects that help students build their portfolios and solve real UX problems.
- UX Tree is all about connection. Our community of designers supports one another, helping everyone learn and grow together.
What’s Next?
This nomination inspires us to keep moving forward. We’re planning to add more courses, build new industry connections, and bring even better resources to the UX Tree community.
As we look ahead to the award ceremony, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us—our students, mentors, and partners. We couldn’t have done it without you!
